1 head Napa lettuce, chopped or 1 package coleslaw mix (1lb.)
5 green onions, chopped
2 packages Ramen noodles, broken up (oriental or beef flavoring)
2 oz. slivered almonds
1/3 c. butter

Dressing:
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 package Ramen seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Toss cabbage and onions together. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Brown together in a skillet the noodles (not the seasoning), almonds, and butter. Cool on paper towels. Mix dressing ingredients and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, add Ramen noodles, almonds, and dressing to cabbage and onions and toss.
