3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. or less sugar(I've used frutose before)
1/2 t. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/3 stick margarine
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together and pour into baking
dish. Spread topping over mixture. Bake 350ºfor
30 minutes.

Topping: 1/2 to 2/3 brown sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 1 c.
chopped pecans, 1/3 stick margarine. Mix sugar, nuts, & flour & stir into melted margarine until moist and crumbly. Spread over potatoes.
