3 c. bread flour
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
Pinch salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Heat the water to 120º.

Add the water to the flour mixture and work in bowl with large fork until almost a ball. Dump onto a clean counter and work and knead dough until it's a good sized ball. Place back in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap or a cloth towel. Let it rise in a warm location.

Refrigerate overnight. Remove from fridge several hours before using to let the dough get warm and soft again. Follow Homemade Pizza recipe (also in this section).
