Directions:
A ramp is a type of wild leak which grows in WV & other Appalachian states, upland Georgia, Iowa and Minnesota. Nature's spring tonic if you will! Cut ramps finely, cook until tender, but do not parboil. Season with salt, ham fryings, and vinegar and garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs. Serve warm as a salad.
