Notes: It's a Walker-Rushton family recipe given to me 33 years ago by my Mother-in-Law, Dot Walker at a Recipe Shower just before Scott & I married. Most of you know how my mother, Blanche Rushton liked to cook and try recipes, so of course she learned to make Chicken Curry and cooked it many times for all of us. This summer I had the privilege to prepare it alongside Mama Dot for her, Drew, Luke, Jodi, Drew's girlfriend and her sister (8 of us and we had leftovers for 2-4 to send home with Drew.)
