4 medium yellow squash
1 large onion, chopped
2 c. light bread crumbs
1 c. cornbread crumbs
2 large eggs
2 tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash until tender. Drain well (press out water) Mash squash & add remaining ingredients.
Chill overnight. Scoop out balls of chilled squash and coat with bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.
