4 baking potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
bacon bits
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 stalks of green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until tender. Remove from oven and allow to cool to a temperature that allows you to hold the potatoes with your hands. Cut each potato lengthwise and scoop out the potato and place in a large bowl. Mix together potato, cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, onions and butter. Mix well and spoon mixture back into the potato skins. Sprinkle with cheese and place back in the oven and cook until warm. Probably about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
