1 can pears
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can peaches
2 cans pineapple chunks
1 stick margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 - 1 teaspoon curry powder
1 small jar maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Drain canned fruit and arrange in a casserole dish. Melt margarine, brown sugar and curry powder in a sauce pan. Pour over fruit. Dot with cherries and bake for 1 hour @ 325 degreesn

Great dish with your holiday meal. Goes great with turkey and dressing at Thanksgiving. This is a staple dish with our family during the holidays. My mother in law Margaret Turner use to make this dish and we all loved it. Doesn't quite seem right to not make this in her memory during the holidays.
