3/4 cup sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 bananas, cut up
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 medium container cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar to softened cream cheese. Then mix with fruits and nuts. Fold in cool whip and freeze in muffin pans with paper cupcake liners. When ready to use, just peel away the paper and place on a lettuce leaf. Can also be frozen in an 8x8 glass dish. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving and slice into desired servings.
