2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1 8.5 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 teaspoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon sale
2 cups chopped pecans.
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, pineapple, pepper, onion and salt. Mix well. Chill. Form mixture into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers of your choice.
