1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 3/8 oz. package buttermilk dressing mix
1 teaspoon minced onion

Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 4-6 hours. Serve with corn chips.
