1 (3-4 pound) chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can of milk
1 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 package Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing mix
1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done and de-bone. Place chicken in the bottom of a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Mix soups with milk and pour over chicken.
Saute' onion and celery in butter. Add broth to stuffing. Add sautéed onion and celery to the stuffing. Sprinkle stuffing over the top of the casserole. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
