1 box white cake mix
1 tablespoon flour
1 box strawberry jello
3/4 cup oil
10 oz. package frozen strawberries
4 eggs
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Drain strawberries and save the juice for the icing. Put strawberries and all other ingredients except eggs in a mixing bowl and mix. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each. Grease and flour three 9 inch pie pans. Divide mixture evenly into the three pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

FROSTING:
1 box confectioners sugar
Juice from thawed strawberries
1 stick butter (softened)
Mix ingredients together and frost the cake adding frosting in between each layer.
MIX ALL TOGETHER AND FROST CAKE.

This has always been one of my favorite cakes. You will need to keep this cake in your refrigerator to keep cool or the icing will run off....
