"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Mix together margarine and sugar; add dry ingredients and mix with a fork until crumbly. Add milk. Press a little more than half of the batter onto the bottom of an ungreased 10x15 jelly roll pan. Spread the pie filling on top, pressing lightly. Add the dabs of remaining batter over the top of the filling leaving spaces between them. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350º for 30 to 60 minutes until lightly browned. Can use any fruit pie filling you like or can use 2 different kinds dividing the cake in half.
