2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped dried fruit (I like whole dried cherries or cranberries)
1/4 c. golden raisins (optional)
1 1/4 c. heavy cream



Glaze:

3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
- Heat oven to 425º - use ungreased cookie sheet.
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well then add fruit. Using fork, mix in cream until mixture comes together. On lightly floured board, knead dough 8-9 times. Pat into a 10" round circle, spread butter on top and sprinkle with sugar.
- Cut into 12 wedges, put on cookie sheet with 1" between. Bake 15 minutes or a little less, until golden brown.
