2/3 cup bisquick
2 Tablespoons water
1 egg
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons oil
3 boneless chicken breasts cut in 1/2" pieces and cooked
1 1/4 cups chunky salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Spray a 8" square pan with oil spray.
Stir together bisquick mix, water and egg. Spread into pan. Sprinkle top of mix with 1 1/4 cups cheese. after you have cooked the chicken and drained it stir in the salsa. heat until hot. Spoon over batter to within 1/2" of sides. Bake at 22-25 mins. until edges are brown. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 1-3 mins. more.
