1 cup sausage
3 Tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in heavy skillet. Remove sausage with slotted spoon: set aside for later use.
Remove all but 3 tablespoons of grease from skillet.
Over medium heat, stir 3 tablespoons of flour into grease. Stir constantly until browned. About 5 minutes.
Stirring constantly, pour 1 cup of regular milk in. Season with salt and pepper. Continue stirring until gravy is thick. Add sausage back into gravy. Serve over homemade biscuits.

Tastes great but not something you want to have very often. When we have this at Christmas breakfast or Easter brunch we usually double the recipe.
