¾ butter or margarine
1 ½ c flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
2 cups cool whip
3 small packages instant chocolate pudding
4 ½ cups milk
Cool whip
Chocolate shavings
Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer: Mix butter into flour and sugar with a fork. Add pecans. Grease a 9x13 pan and press mixture into pan. Bake 15 minutes at 305° and allow cooling

2nd Layer: Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature; mix with powdered sugar with a fork; fold in 2 cups cool whip. Spread over 1st layer.

3rd Layer: Prepare pudding with 4 ½ cups of milk. Spread over cheese mixture when pudding is thick.

Top with cool whip and chocolate shavings. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
