2 lbs. of sausage (breakfast-bulk)
1 dozen large eggs
4 cups of whole milk
1 bag of frozen shredded hash browns
2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage, drain grease. Line bottom of cake pan (9X13), with about an inch of the frozen shredded hash browns. Mix together milk and eggs, use a whisk to mix this together. Dump the drained sausage on top of the hash browns in the cake pan, spread out evenly.
Pour the egg and milk mixture on top of the sausage. Spread the cheddar cheese evenly on top. Place in oven and bake for approximately 1 hour or until golden brown on top.

You can also add mushrooms, green peppers, red peppers and onions.
