Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1 lb. bulk hot sausage
6 slices of bread cut into cubes
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in skillet until brown. Remove from heat and drain well. Cover the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan with the bread cubes. The recipe calls for 6 slices but I normally use whatever is necessary to cover the entire bottom of the pan. Top the bread with the cooked crumbled sausage and add the cheese. Mix together the eggs and milk and seasonings. Pour over the bread and sausage. Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake uncovered for 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until set.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
It isn't necessary to cover and refrigerate...you can mix this all together and put it straight into the oven.
