Pickle Relish
Salt and pepper to taste
Celery seed (1/4 teaspoon?

Directions:
Place eggs in sauce pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and boil eggs for about 4 minutes. Turn off heat and leave in water for about 15 minutes. Pour out water and cover eggs with ice and water. When eggs are cool, peel eggs and place in a bowl. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolk. Mash yolk and add a couple of spoon fulls of mayonnaise and pickle relish. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fill center of eggs and sprinkle with paprika for color.

This is about as easy as it gets. Be sure that the mixture is not real runny. Add enough mayonnaise just to mix all ingredients well. I like to use smoked paprika. Celery seed is optional.
