1 c. Sugar
1 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Butter
1/2 c. Hot Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well. Add sugar, flour and baking powder. Last, add the butter and 1/2 c. hot milk and vanilla.

Grease pan and bake for 20 minutes in a 350º oven.

This was my Dad's favorite. His Aunt Mable would make it for him and he would eat the entire cake in one sitting.

Aunt Mable was Grandpa Davis' brother Bob's wife.

Aunt Mable got the recipe from "Cooking With Goodwill", Junior Group , Goodwill Industries cook book dated 1946.
