Couple of cups of peaches
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup and 1 tablespoon self rising flour
1 egg
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange fruit in the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon flour over the fruit.. Pour 1 cup water over the fruit and sugar. Do not stir.
In separate bowl mix together
1 cup sugar,
1 cup flour,
1 egg,
1 stick melted butter and then spoon mixture over the fruit.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm

This is my favorite cobbler recipe. You can of course substitute the peaches for apples, blackberries or blueberries. I sometimes even add a handful of blueberries on top of my peach cobbler.
