4 squ. baker's semi sweet baking chocolate
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup suger
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup flour
2 cups cold milk
2 pkg. jello chocolate pudding&pie filling
1 tub (8oz) cool whip extra creamy whipped toppong thawed and devided

Pre heat oven 350,
microwave choc. and butter in lg. bowl on for 2 min.until butter is melted stir till all is melted.
blend suger, mix eggs and vanilla
Stir in flour till well blended
spread into greased 9 inch pie plate

Bake 30 min. or until toothpick comes out clean
cool on rack
scoop out center of brownie leaving 1/2 inch thik rim around edge
and thin layer of brownie on bottem. save pieces

Pour milk into large bowl. add pudding mix
beat with wire whisk 2 min.
gently stir half the whipped topping and all but 1/2 cup saved brownie pieces
spoon mixture into crust
top with remaining whipped topping and brownie pieces
refrigerate 2 hours
