1 box yellow cake mix
1 can cream of coconut
1 can condensed milk
1 large container Cool Whip
1-2 bags of coconut, frozen, if available
Directions:
Directions:
Make the yellow cake according to directions. Punch holes in baked cake while it is still hot. Pour on sweetened condensed milk, then pour on Lopez cream of coconut or may mix the two and spread over warm cake. Cool. Cover with Cool Whip and add coconut over topping. Refrigerate.
