4 pork chops, browned
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chops in baking casserole. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over the top of the pork chops. Add more orange juice if needed to cover the chops. Bake covered at 350º F for 1 hour.
