2-3 lb London broil, trimmed
1/2 C soy sauce
1/4 C sugar
1/4 C olive oil
1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or 1 tsp dried
2 tsp chopped garlic or 2 cloves, minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger (usually near the jars of garlic at store)
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in zip loc bag: add all ingredients; seal bag.
Place bag on countertop and gently distribute marinade ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight, or freeze for later use.
Prepare grill to med-high. 140º rare - 150º medium - 160º well. Turn meat frequently on grill, every minute or two.
After grilling, allow to rest 3 minutes on cutting board. Slice against the grain in very thin slices, pour accumulated juices over sliced meat.

This is delicious! I poured the extra marinade that was in the bag on the meat in small increments each time I turned the meat. Don't know if that was right, but the flavor is great.
