2 tbsp. orange peel, finely shredded
1/3 cup sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cups whipping cream.

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan stir together sugar and cornstarch. Stir in orange juice. Cook over medium low heat, stiring constantly until mixture thickens, cook and stire 2 minutes more. Remove from heat, stir in orange peel. Cover and chill 1 hour.

Beat whipping cream to stiff peaks, fold into chilled mixture.
