6 tbl. prepared lemon curd
6 tbl. fat-free Cool Whip
3 tsp. strawberry or seedless raspberry jam
12 frozen fully baked mini-phyllo shells
Grated lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
To make mouse, mix curd & Cool Whip together.
Spoon ¼ teaspoon jam into baked, cooled phyllo shells. Top each with 1 teaspoon of the mousse and garnish with lemon zest.
1 Weight Watcher point per tartlet.
