2 lbs. ground pork roast
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. salt/1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chili powder
3/4 c. vinegar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and blend well with hands. Place in glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let set in refrigerator 24 hours. Remove meat from bowl and place in colander. Set colander in large pan to drain, and place in refrigerator for another 24 hours. Put about 2/3 c. in small containers and freeze.
