4-5 lbs. chicken wings
3 eggs
cornstarch
garlic salt
3 T. soy sauce
3 T. ketchup
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in salt ice water. Beat eggs. Mix cornstarch with garlic salt. Dip chicken in eggs, then roll in cornstarch. Brown in a fry pan till fluffy and brown. Mix sugar, rice vinegar, ketchup, soy and cook on stove til sugar is dissolved. Put wings in a casserole dish, pour sauce over and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn once after 15 minutes.
