Cheese Noodle Kugel Recipe

8 oz. medium noodles
3 large eggs, separated
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
6 oz. cream cheese, softened

3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
2 T. sugar
2 T. butter, melted

Prepare noodles according to package, drain.
Beat egg whites and sour cream at medium speed with an
electric mixer. Add sugar, melted butter and cream cheese;
beat until smooth. Add egg yokes; beat until blended. Fold in
Pour noodle mixture into a lightly greased 13/9/2" baking dish.
Combine crumbs, sugar and butter, sprinkle on noodles.
Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 350
Remove from refrigerator and let stand 45 minutes. Bake for
1 1/4 hours.
