1 graham cracker crust.
21 oz firm Silken Tofu
1 c. melted Vegan chocolate
1-2 ripe bananas
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 T. maple syrup (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, blend the tofu, chocolate and peanut butter. Add the maple syrup if you would like but it's plenty rich without it.
Line the pie crust with sliced ripe banana.
Pour the tofu mixture into the crust.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
If you are talented enough you can decorate the top before chilling with melted chocolate, but it probably won't be around long enough for anyone to notice it.
