4 oz Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate
4 tbsp butter
3 c powdered sugar
1/3 c hot milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
In heavy sausepan on low heat, melt broken chocolate with butter, stirring constantly. In separate bowl beat sugar with milk, vanilla & salt until smooth. Add melted chocolate & beat until thick enough to spread on cake.

Try this frosting on cupcakes baked in an ice cream cone. Just fill flat bottom ice cream cones with batter about 2/3 full and place each in a muffin tin and bake according to directions. Great for kids' birthday parties.
