3 c. cider vinegar
5 c. water
1/2 c. canning salt


To each quart add:
1/2 t. red pepper
1 clove garlic
1 head fresh dill

Fresh green beans, not too big

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beans and precook in boiling water until tender. Pack green beans into sterilized jars, add red pepper, garlic & dill. Mix water, vinegar & salt. Heat to boiling point. Pour over beans to within 1/2 inch of top and seal.
