1/2 c butter 1 c white sugar
4 eggs 1/2 tsp cornstarch
little bit of milk 1 c whipping cream
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together ½ c butter and 1 c white sugar. Add 4 beaten egg yolks, ½ tsps cornstarch dissolved in a little cold milk, 1 c whipping cream, and 1 tsp salt. Mix will and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 until thick and golden brown. Whip 2 eggs whites and add a little sugar & nutmeg. Put on the pie and brown in oven.
