½ t Vanilla Extract
1/8 t Orange Extract
3/4 c Sugar
¼ c Hershey's Cocoa
½ t freshly grated Orange Peel

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 300º. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.

2. Beat egg whites, vanilla and orange extract in large bowl on high speed of mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition until stiff peaks hold their shape, sugar is dissolved and mixture is glossy. Sprinkle half of the cocoa and all of the orange peel over the egg white mixture; gently fold in just until combined. Repeat with remaining cocoa.

3. Spoon mixture into pastry bag fitted with large star tip; pipe 1½" diameter stars onto prepared cookie sheet.

4. Bake 35-40 minutes or until dry. Cool slightly; peel paper from cookies. Cool completely on wire rack. Store, covered, at room temperature.
