1 c. mayonnaise
1 T. white wine vinegar
1/2 t. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. ground pepper
dash of tobasco sauce
3 oz. Roquefort cheese or blue cheese.
Directions:

Mix first 6 ingredients in blender.
Crumble the blue cheese or Roquefort cheese and add to mayonnaise mixture.
