1 c Water (70º-80º)
¼ c Buttermilk Powder
1½ c shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4½ t Sugar
1 t Salt
½ t Garlic Salt
3 c Bread Flour
1½ t Active Dry Yeast

Directions:
In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose light crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions. (Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1-2 T flour or water if needed)
