4 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 medium onion, sliced
4 stalk celery, diced
1 container fresh mushrooms, sliced
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chops in pan on stove. Pour chicken or vegetable broth over the top. Place celery, onion and fresh mushrooms in pan. Cook over medium heat to medium high heat until pork is done and onion, celery and mushrooms are tender (approximately 30 minutes). Very good over egg noodles.
