1 small to medium onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 c. wheat
1 can beef broth
1/2 can water
1/4 c. golden raisins
1/8 c. toasted slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Saute onion in medium saute pan with butter. When onion
becomes transparent, add wheat and continue to saute until
wheat is lightly browned. Add beef broth, water, raisins and
almonds. Stir gently. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake
uncovered for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let sit for 10
minutes. Serve hot.
