1 # Fresh Brussel sprouts, washed and halved lengthwise
1/4 stick butter
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 t. Cavender's Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and oil on medium high in saute pan large enough to
hold all Brussel sprouts cut side down. Sprinkle Cavender's in
pan before adding Brussel sprouts. Place them cut side down
and cook 3-4 minutes or until browned. Add 1 t. water to pan and
cover with tightly fitted lid and reduce heat to medium low to
steam veggies 3 - 4 minutes. Remove lid and continue cooking
an additional minute. Serve immediately.
