2 T. Olive oil
1 T. buttr, melted
2# new potatoes
1 1/2 t. dried rosemary, crushed
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 t. black pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Combine oil and butter in a 2-quart roasing pan. Add potatoes,
stir to coat. Sprinkle with rosemary, garlic and pepper. Stir well.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring often until tender and brown.
