12 Flour Tortillas
1 lb Ground Beef/Chicken Breast, sliced thin
1/2 large onion, chopped fine
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 package taco seasoning
1 lb cheese, cheddar or Colby Jack, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
At high heat, brown beef with onion, garlic, and green pepper. Drain excess fat. Add seasoning according to directions (add water).

Stovetop:Spread beef mixture of 1/2 of tortilla put cheese on top. Heat large frying pan, pour oil in to coat.Fry the quesadilla for 3 minutes of each side or until chesse melts.

Oven:Spray both sides of quesadilla with Pam, oil baking sheet and cook at 450º for 4 minutes per side. Remove from heat, allow to cool.

Slice each quesadilla into 1/4s serve on side with chili rellenos and salad with spicy ranch dressing.
