Ingredients:  
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup rice
salt
1 quart milk
1/2 stick butter
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, rice and pinch of salt for 7 minutes. Add
milk and butter; cover and cook for 1 and 1/4 hour.
Mix eggs, sugar, raisins and vanilla. Add slowly to rice mixture and cook until mixture coats a spoon.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
