1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups butter
10 tsp. water
1/8 tsp. salt
1 bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, salt and water in pan. Boil to hard crack on candy thermometer, 300º. This takes about 20 minutes. Leave at hard crack for 1 minute.

Remove from heat. Spread mixture evenly in jelly roll pan. Cover with chocolate chips. Spread chocolate as it melts. Cool and break into pieces.
