2 inch chunks of walleye
2 inch chunks of jalapeno pepper
Bacon
BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Take a chunk of walleye with jalapeno pepper chunk on top. Wrap in a slice of bacon. Bake in oven approx 15-25 minutes. Pour sweet BBQ sauce over top and bake another 5 minutes. YUMMMM!

We partially cook the bacon so it's still very pliable before we wrap the walleye and pepper chunk. It gets crispy when baked and much better!
