2 lbs. of ground beef
1 c Italian style bread crumbs
1 egg
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. ketchup (Heinz spells it this way)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. cooked white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and rice in large bowl. Roll into palm sized meatballs. In separate bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. (You can add a little extra Worcestershire sauce to slightly thin the sauce out if needed.) Gently pat the top of each meatball so it will have a flat top. Cover each meatball with the sauce. Bake at 350 for one hour.

You can prepare the meatballs and/or rice the day before and keep in the fridge. Bake on a cool day, and the oven will warm up your house.
