1/2 stick butter
seeds from Halloween pumpkins

Gather seeds from Halloween pumpkins, clean seeds in a bowl of water. Drain to remove pumpkin flesh.

Add the butter to microwaveable container, then add seeds. Generously salt the seeds. Bake in microwave on high for 5 minutes.

Remove, stir, re-salt and bake 5 more minutes. Remove, stir and re-salt again. Continue this process until the seeds are dry. Do not over cook.
