3 lbs. jump shrimp, thawed
1 lb. pepper jack cheese
1 lb. bacon
Jamaican jerk seasoning or something similar
Directions:
Directions:
Butterfly shrimp, stuff with pepperjack cheese slice. Wrap with bacon. Secure with toothpick. Place on broiler proof pan. Sprinkle with seasoning. Broil until bacon has cooked and cheese has melted.
